Lyn NolandRecovery Community Inc. Executive Director

    Lyn Is the Executive Director of Recovery Community Incorporated.  She is also a member of the General Sessions, Davidson County, Drug Court Treatment Team, Div. X, a member of the Tennessee Association of Drug Court Professional, the National and Tennessee Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors, and served as a spokesperson for Governor Phil Bredesen Meth Free Tennessee Initiative.

    She has been featured in the Tennessean, Vanderbilt Medical Magazine, and Present George Bush’s Final Report from the White House to the Armies of Compassion.  Lyn takes a special interest in her clients, providing Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling, Case Management, Relapse Prevention and wrap around services to make sure all of their needs are met.

    She makes sure that Recovery Community is far more than just housing.  She has shared her personal story of recovery across the nation to Drug Courts, Law Enforcement Groups, Churches and Community Organizations, but admits her favorite place to speak is in the jails, prisons and treatment centers where one person may hear the hope in her story.  Her message is clear that any addict seeking recovery, can recover and find a new way to live.
